Author of Beyond the Prepper Stockpile and Prepper’s Pantry

From 1932-1933, a mass genocide took place in Ukraine. Millions of people, including children, were deliberately starved to death by the USSR during the Holodomor event. A state-organized famine was deployed when the Ukrainian people continued to thrive and keep their cultural identity separate from the USSR, despite being controlled by Communist forces.

Here’s a quick history lesson before we get into how this relates to prepping and the current events surrounding us.

How do you destroy an entire culture?

According to the Holodomor Research and Education Center, dictator Joseph Stalin tried first to erase their culture in other ways.

His rule was characterized by the ruthless elimination of anyone and anything he perceived as a threat to his power. For Stalin, the independent-minded farmers and cultural freedoms in Ukraine constituted such threats. Starting in 1929, Ukraine’s writers, artists, educators, intellectuals and cultural elites were liquidated for being “too Ukrainian” and not “Soviet” enough. In 1930 Stalin wiped out Ukraine’s independent church, the Ukrainian Autocephalous (independent) Orthodox Church, and its clergy. Following the destruction of the intellectuals and the church, the Ukrainian farmers, who made up 80 percent of Ukraine’s population and thus were carriers of the language and culture, were next to be dealt a mortal blow.

When those efforts were not sufficient to assimilate the independent Ukrainians, the next step was breathtakingly ruthless.

As part of the Five-Year Plan of 1928–1933, the Soviet leaders conducted a massive reorganization of privately owned farms into collective (state-owned) farms and imposed high crop requisition quotas. It was the sale of grain that was to pay for industrialization. Independent farmers were forced to give up to the state their private land, livestock and equipment, without compensation. They simply became workers of the collective farm, who would be paid only if the collective farm handed over to the state the quota in crops set by Moscow.

The Ukrainians initially rebelled, but their rebellion was met with brutal retaliation. The state-controlled media demonized the wealthiest of the farmers, their families, and the community leaders. They were “othered” to the point that it was of little surprise when they were either executed by firing squad or deported to a Siberian concentration camp.

Collectivization = Starvation

The USSR followed up by stringently enforcing the collectivization of Ukrainian agriculture. They demanded exorbitant amounts of wheat – more than the people could produce. When farmers did not meet their quotas, brutal punishments were meted out. The government searched every home for anything that might be edible, and that food was taken by force by Communist brigades.

Communist brigades were sent out to search the homes of individual farmers, not only for hidden grain and seed but to confiscate all kinds of foodstuffs — onions, pumpkins, vegetables put up in jars for the winter — anything the families might use to survive the winter.

A law enacted in August 1932 (“The Law of Five Ears of Grain”) stated that anyone, even a child, caught taking any produce from a collective field could be shot or imprisoned for stealing “socialist property.” A decree in January 1933 sealed the borders.  To further ensure that Ukrainian farmers did not leave their villages to seek food in the cities, the Soviet government started a system of internal passports, denied to farmers, so that they could not travel or obtain a train ticket without permission. Those caught attempting to flee to the cities or beyond Ukraine’s borders, where conditions were better, were imprisoned or sent home to die.

Over one-third of the villages in Ukraine and the Kuban (an area in the Russian republic adjacent to Ukraine, where the population was mostly Ukrainian) were put on a “blacklist” (“chorna doshka”) for failing to meet grain quotas and were forbidden from receiving any supplies. This was essentially a collective death sentence for these villages.

The grain taken from the farmers was sold to other countries or left to rot while Ukrainians died of starvation. Historically, the collectivization of farming has always ended up in death, productivity, and despair. And the Holodomor was no different.

The situation was a silent humanitarian crisis

The USSR fervently denied all accusations of wrongdoing. To this day, the Russian Federation admits there was a famine, but they deny they deliberately implemented it.

A few foreign reporters covered the disaster. British foreign correspondent Malcolm Muggeridge wrote for the Fortnightly Review, May 1, 1933:

On one side, millions of starving peasants, their bellies often swollen from lack of food; on the other, soldiers, members of the GPU (secret police) carrying out the instructions of the dictatorship of the proletariat. They had gone over the country like a swarm of locusts and taken away everything edible, they had shot or exiled thousands of peasants, sometimes whole villages, they had reduced some of the most fertile land in the world to a melancholy desert.

Still, most of the world remained unaware of the level of genocide that was occurring. It wasn’t until the 1980s that Ukrainian schools were able to teach students about this part of their country’s history. Later historians agree that the goal was to subjugate the Ukrainian people and force them to become little more than slaves to the USSR.

How does this relate to the modern-day?

As the situation in the United States devolves, it’s difficult to imagine that our current situation is simply a series of surprising, unfortunate events. Some things are outside human control, such as the megadrought, wildfires, and some hurricanes and floods. Mother Nature isn’t helping us out this year.

But wait, there’s more.

Take into account the following:

  • Cargo ships filled with merchandise are not allowed to dock and unload
  • Non-farmers and foreign entities are buying up farmland
  • We’re facing an economic catastrophe that looks to only be getting worse
  • The “othering” of those with different political or medical opinions
  • The President himself is fueling the division
  • Our culture has been quietly and insidiously damaged over the past few decades.

Let’s look at these things in more detail.

Dozens of cargo ships are lingering off the coast, not allowed to dock

At least 80 ships filled with merchandise, including food, are stuck off-shore and not allowed to dock and unload. Much of the delay could be due to “Covid safety regulations.” Look at the long list of regulations from different port countries. Sailors on cargo ships must meet the requirements of multiple countries, which are often different. Here’s the CDC’s lengthy list of rules to dock in the United States and drop off much-needed supplies.

So let me make sure I understand this correctly. Cargo ships carrying things we desperately need are a dire threat. But unvaccinated, sometimes-Covid-positive migrants who are not legally in the US are A-OK? That’s what “Let’s Face Reality” Fauci says.

Representative Henry Cueller provided this view of “reality.” (emphasis mine)

Cuellar said migrants dropped off at bus stations by Border Patrol agents are likely not tested before they leave to other cities. There is currently no system in place to keep track of whether migrants get tested for COVID-19 once they leave DHS custody.

“Once the Border Patrol releases them, then they have the notice to appear [at immigration case hearing] and they can go anywhere in the U.S.,” Cuellar said. (source)

A notice to appear…but they’re not tracked? They’re not tested? They’re not – gasp – vaccinated?

But… cargo ships… no, they have rules.

The buy-up of farmland

A tremendous amount of farmland is no longer in the hands of small farmers.

The biggest private owner of farmland in the country is Microsoft founder Bill Gates. Media mogul Ted Turner owns 2 million acres of land upon which he grazes the world’s largest privately-owned herd of buffalo. In 2019, foreign investors owned 35.2 million acres of farmland.

And then there are the corporate investors.

Non-farmer domestic entrepreneurs and investors are snapping up farmland at a rapid clip, also doing much to drive up the cost of agricultural production for those who don’t own their land.

“Institutional investors—pension funds, university endowments, private foundations, and other organizations that manage huge pools of capital—are increasingly incorporating farmland into their investment portfolios,” wrote  University of California, Santa Cruz sociologist Madeleine Fairbairn, in her new book Field of Gold: Financing the Global Land Rush. “The same is true of those extremely wealthy people who in financial circles are euphemistically termed ‘high-net-worth individuals.’ This investor interest has spawned a host of new asset management companies eager to accommodate and encourage investors’ newfound passion for soil … managers [who] promise to shepherd investor capital safely, and often extremely profitably, into plots of farmland the world over.”  (source)

A few months back, we published an article on how investors and major banks are hedging their bets on hunger – oops, we mean, helping to feed the country. It’s also important to note that the Biden administration is paying farmers not to farm. They’re reallocating USDA funds that farmers need to survive these difficult times to a green agenda.

The economic disaster

Covid mandates have brought upon us the worst economic disaster of many of our lifetimes. More than 200,000 small businesses have shuttered forever. 5.3 million jobs have been lost since February 2020, right before we went on a “two-week pause” and have never returned. For more than a year, people were being paid more to stay home than to work. Our national debt has reached such dizzying levels it’s hard to imagine a future without a default.

An astonishing number of people are living in situations of poverty and hardship. 19 million adults live in households that did not get enough to eat. 12 million adult renters are behind on rent. (source)

The effect of all this on personal finances has been utterly devastating for millions of families. People are already stealing food. Don’t expect this to get better soon.

The “othering”

As with other manufactured crises, the “othering” has already begun to set American against American.  On multiple fronts, they have turned against one another. Racial flames were stoked throughout 2020. The people have been turned against one another politically for at least five years. When there’s talk about “re-educating” others about their political beliefs, we’ve crossed the Rubicon, perhaps the point of no return.

Then there’s the “othering” concerning the pandemic. Many people have quietly been vaccinated and gone about their business, leaving others to make their own decisions. But then there are the people who radically demonize anyone who opts not to be vaccinated, saying that they should have to live outside the lines of society, be unable to work, shop, or receive any type of federal assistance, including things like Social Security, into which they’ve paid their entire adult lives.

It isn’t just in physics where every action has an equal and opposite reaction. Folks who choose not to be vaccinated are beginning to retaliate in anger against those discriminating against them.

The simmering rage is being fueled right from the top

And our President is not helping matters. In fact, he’s making it worse. Is it just Biden bungling along as Biden does, or is it malicious?

Of his unsuccessful attempt to handle the Covid pandemic, he has tried to aim the wrath of Americans toward other Americans.

President Joe Biden is trying to concentrate the anger of the nation’s inoculated majority against the refusal of 25% of eligible Americans to get vaccinated against COVID-19…

…“We’ve been patient, but our patience is wearing thin,” Biden said from the State Dining Room. “And your refusal has cost all of us.”

The unvaccinated minority, he added, “can cause a lot of damage, and they are.”

“A distinct minority of Americans, supported by a distinct minority of elected officials, are keeping us from turning the corner,” Biden said. “These pandemic politics are making people sick, causing unvaccinated people to die.” (source)

While saying “the buck stops” with him, he’s blamed everyone but himself for the utterly catastrophic withdrawal from Afghanistan. He threw Border Patrol under the bus to distract from his disastrous handling of our southern border crisis. Of his $1.2 trillion bipartisan infrastructure bill and the $3.5 billion budget bill, he peevishly said that anyone who objects to these bills is “complicit in America’s decline.” He has people so fired up that a person actually followed a member of US Congress into a bathroom and filmed themselves yelling at the Senator.

What happened to “uniting Americans” as he promised to do in his inaugural address? To anyone paying attention,  it seems that he’s either terrible at uniting people or is deliberately dividing people.

Whether intentional or not, there are certainly people being set up as “the others” – and those could be the people not deserving of food or medical treatment when supplies are limited. (CNN’s Don Lemon already said something implying that, in fact.)

The destruction of American culture

This leads us back to the destruction of our culture. I won’t go too deeply into this, but for decades, our school system has been indoctrinating kids with socialist/communist beliefs. Now, as parents begin to object strenuously, they’re being targeted by the FBI as possible terrorists.

Our statues are being torn down if there’s even a hint of something that would be unsavory in modern days. Our history is being erased. Our children are being taught that capitalism is evil – not just crony capitalism, but any capitalism. A country where you could once get ahead with hard work has turned into a country that despises those who get ahead. A person who I helped out financially in the past blocked me on social media because I said that people making outrageous demands of employers didn’t understand the hoops the government makes us jump through to employ anyone. The words “I’m offended” are held up like a shield against any non-politically correct opinions. University professors promote violence against “others” with few, if any, repercussions. We have young people who are apparently frightened by all-caps.

Anyone who is 40 or older will tell you, this is NOT the country we grew up in

It’s something different and darker. The things that made America American are being taken away. For crying out loud, even flying the American flag in America is “offensive.”

If this is not the destruction of our culture, I don’t know what is.

Our kids are not being taught the truth about Communism in schools. They’re being inundated in 45-second intervals with pro-Communism messages on China-owned TikTok. But the reality of Communism is this:

Here, the genocide of a ‘class’ may well be tantamount to the genocide of a ‘race’ —the deliberate starvation of a child of a Ukrainian kulak as a result of the famine caused by Stalin’s regime “is equal to” the starvation of a Jewish child in the Warsaw ghetto as a result of the famine caused by the Nazi regime.

Are we facing an American Holodomor?

In looking at the treatment of Ukrainians during the Holodomor, are we Americans who are anywhere politically right of AOC looking at our future? The pieces are in place.

  • Shortages are being manufactured by the halt of transport and shipping.
  • Farmland is right on the verge of either being collectivized or privately owned by just a handful. (Control the food, and you control the people. – Kissinger)
  • Americans have reached epic levels of anger and divisiveness.
  • Many consider being American to be a source of shame instead of pride.
  • Should we switch to an entirely digital currency, it’s almost certain that your transactions will be tracked, controlled, and taxed. Is it possible that the unvaxed will be unable to purchase necessities until they comply?

We are being ruled by force, not a representative government. Dissenting commentary is demonetized and censored. Only the opinions that are “right-think” get any airtime. Cancel culture is alive and thriving. People are being led to believe that dissent no longer exists or is just the wheelhouse of crazy radicals.

How long before the “others” are simply starved out? Never think it cannot happen.

This was the first instance of a peacetime genocide in history. It took the extraordinary form of an artificial famine deliberately created by the ruling powers. This savage combination of words for the designation of a crime — “an artificial, deliberately planned famine” — is still incredible to many people throughout the world, but indicates the uniqueness of the tragedy of 1933, which is unparalleled, for a time of peace, in the number of victims it claimed.

Do you think Americans are facing their own Holodomor?

We like to be solution-oriented around here. My advice is to stock up while you can, don’t keep everything in one place, and learn to be as self-reliant as possible. Sign up for our newsletter for daily advice.

Do you think the idea of an American Holodomor is outrageous and far-fetched? Or do you think we can learn from history that it’s entirely possible? Share your thoughts in the comments.

  • Chinese companies also are buying US farmland. In some cases, the Chinese government has asked that the land be given a sovereign status.

  • Excellent article. I didn’t know the whole story of the Ukraine famine. Thank you for that information. I have had this conversation with my family. We are being steered in a direction that most don’t want to go and the “pandemic” is pushing the gas pedal. I tell people all the time that you can;t raise your kids in the same way that you were raised because that world doesn’t exist anymore. Those that have the agenda, and the power to implement it, are putting things into motion for their interests. We will wake up one day and find that our world has become a place where we have no freedoms or power. A place where we will be totally dependent on people who only see us as a tool with limited usefulness.

  • Food has ALWAYS been used as a weapon by communists against the people, and not just in Ukraine. ALL of Russia suffered from catastrophic famine in the early 1920s, and millions starved to death. Millions more would have starved were it not for the heroic efforts of Herbert Hoover and a select group of Americans. Yes, THAT Herbert Hoover.

The same thing happened in China during the Great Leap Forward, and in Ethiopia during the 1980s. In both those instances, food was with held from resistant members of the population.

I agree with Daisy on the very real danger we face in this regard, and support her efforts to promote all of us to grow at least some of our own food. Also, learn who your local farmers are, and start buying from them NOW. They need the money, and we all need some more certainty that we will have food in our homes.

Oh one last thing: NEVER EVER EVER DISARM! The Holomodor was committed against a disarmed populace by monsters with guns. Nuff Said!

    • Dear Sammy,

Food production is still being weaponized in Venezuela by the ruling mafia. The attempt of the elites of grabbing as much farm land as possible is a part of the totalitarian world government, Sor0s-sponsored communist way of thinking.

      • Has our HISTORY not always repeated itself????? YES all of this is possible…WHEN? Who knows but I do feel it will be within the next 5 yrs. Even the scriptures forewarned of FAMINE in the land…It seems to be getting to where we can’t trust our own family or friends or neighbors, how would we even trust strangers? OMG…

        • Dear Wandakate,
A few years after Hugo allowed the Cubans into the country, the horrendous rationing and social control at gunpoint started in Venezuela. They had been planning how to take over my country for decades.
Nope, you shouldn´t be trust strangers. Unless they are Venezuelans like myself 😀 (because we share a LOT of our mind setup with US) that already know and experienced what this sort of totalitarian regimes is about.

  • There is a good recent movie called “Mr. Jones” starring James Norton that tells the story of starvation in Ukraine under Stalin.

The NY Times reporter, Walter Duranty, received a Pulitzer for denying the Holodomor.
Mainstream media was even lying back then.

    • Thanks for the info,I just ordered from Amazon. You might want to check out the movie “Bitter Harvest”,it has a bunch of no names in it but it’s not bad.I think i only paid around 6$ at Amazon. It’s worth the time to watch it.

  • Thanks to you, your website and other like minded people I have done just that. It’s taken me years, but I have a little peace of mind knowing that I have a chance should the cookie crumble. I try not to focus on the truly scary possibilities but as this article points out, it has happened and as we all know history repeats, especially with our ‘woke’ desperately trying to erase it.

  • Were you listening in on a conversation I just had yesterday with a big box manager? I agree 100+% with what you have said and thank you for the excellent research and informative links. I’m mid 60’s age wise and I see the country as lost. My retirement income is from the federal government due to my work years being in government and defense. I have often thought a way of control may likely be cutting off anyone’s income that is derived from the government, cutting medical care from VA and military treatment facilities, etc.
As for Americans against Americans, I was hospitalized for COVID and after a very tough battle survived. Still recovering after almost 3 months but am independent once again thank the Lord. Got a letter of “concern” from a family member in which she cussed me out, told me it was my fault and that I should have died. Not sure where the concern was in that, but all because I chose not to be vaxed. Even after going through what I went through, I still hold to my convictions. Everyone has to make their own choices but I am definitely an “othered” with much of my family now and frankly I don’t care. Biblically speaking I do believe we are in the last days.

    • I was “othered” a few months back by a vaxxed relative who came to me hat in hand last week because she can’t afford food, at least not the stuff she is accustomed to. I’m sure Matthew 5:42 wouldn’t be operative if the shoe was on the other foot.

The Mark of the Beast in the form of proof of vaxxes is being forced upon us upon pain of not being able to engage in daily commerce. We are indeed in some form of end days.

      • The current “proof of vaccination” is not the “mark of the beast” as discussed in Revelation 13:16-17. However, you can see that the vaccine mandate is a precursor of that time. We are not yet in the final 7 year period before Jesus’ return, but it could begin soon.

  • It’s like we are living in a 1980’s Apocalypse End-times movie, and nobody is noticing.
I’ve seen those movies, and know how they all end. We are heading full-speed in that direction.
I have Jewish friends who have forgotten, or do not want to remember, that an elected govt caused and ran the holocaust.
I have Russian friends who’s parents literally escaped the USSR who do not understand or admit communism is a bad thing, that govt control of all aspects of our lives is BAD.
I am starting to wonder if these forced jabs contain a mind-altering substance.

  • Dear Daisy,

After studying the parallelism between the implantation of communism in Venezuela and the Ukraine Holodomor, and as one of the millions of Venezuelans who had to get in line to buy rationed staples, I wouldn’t wish that to ANYONE.
Unless the totalitarian regimes start to be counterattacked now, our future as a Western society is uncertain.

  • Not to be splitting hairs too much, but I consider the Holodomor to be targeted at the rural peasantry moreso than Ukrainians. Ukraine just had much more affected people, but urban Ukrainians were mostly unaffected while rural Russians were starving too. A crime against humanity.

The communists know that counter-revolution starts in the country side in the self-sufficient minds of the farmer and rancher. They do not much care for the color of your skin or the ancestry in your passport. It’s the wrongthink in your head they want to extinguish, by killing you and yours.

  • Not so different from what the British did to the Irish — the potato crop failed, but other crops didn’t. The British landlords took what would have saved the lives of many who died in the Famine as “rent” and shipped it to England. Then when people had nothing to eat and were too weak to farm and pay their rent in grain and other crops, they were evicted by force and their cottages destroyed. The greed of the British landowners caused the deaths of hundreds of thousands of Irish people.

  • Ever day the reported “news” makes me cringe more and more. I am appalled at the direction our country is headed. The warnings from history are very dire.
Yet, I have to look at what I can do as an individual. There’s not much in the political/mandates/foreign influences fronts that I personally can have an effect on. It often feels overwhelming like we are being pushed off a cliff.
But then I have to look at what I have in my own hands that I do have power over:
I homeschool my child so I have power over the narrative she’s taught
I grow most of my own meat stores
I grow more and more if my other food
I’m learning alternative and herbal remedies so I can care for my family if medical care becomes a form of control
I set aside what I am able for harder times ahead
I cultivate community with others who are doing the same

Thank you for this article. It really does resonate with the current events. All the more reason to prep on!

  • Ukrainians weren’t armed as we are. One bit of prepping to consider is a tactical plan with your close neighbors on how you would resist a military unit being deployed into your area to take people or property after the collapse.

  • I have a friend who instead of using the terms “conservative” and “liberal” likes to use “normal people” and “communists”, which I think is becoming more and more apropos.

I recently read a review of a book called Politics of Envy, which is about how and why America will become socialist. A lot of it has to do with the culture in which the generation Z children are being raised. They don’t want to be independent and learn how to solve their problems, they want government to solve their problems for them. Europe is ahead of the US on this curve and look where they are now: it is a crime to think or speak outside of the political orthodoxy and contrary opinions are met with violence and prison. Freedom is seen as being free of things they don’t like and to act within the blessings of the State.

I absolutely do believe we are well on the path towards this nightmare condition. Another acquaintance of mine believes that we will become like the proverbial science fiction book or movie where urban (dystopian) societies, are walled off allegedly in protection from the wilds. Normal People, will be the ones living in those wilds. Think of it as the “othering” being taken to the extreme. Likely the only thing keeping it from happening today is that the cities are still highly dependent upon the rural areas for things like water, food, power, and other resources.

Lastly, look at what is happening in Australia and don’t say that it can’t happen here. One key take away lesson from down under is that when the balloon goes up, the police will not be on your side. I bet there are a lot of people there that wish they had never given up their guns. Sadly, history has repeated this lesson multiple times.

    • Noway2,
IRT sci-fi book/movies: I was thinking more like The Hunger Games where the rural areas are enslaved to provide necessities, like food, to the parasitic, decadent elites in their shiny modern walled off cities.

      • “the rural areas are enslaved to provide necessities, like food, to the parasitic, decadent elites”

“you will consume the wealth of the nations”. isaiah.

  • It never fails to amaze me at the evil people can choose to do to one another. I had no idea about Ukraine’s forced famine. Just makes me sick. So many wiped out and for what? Power? Profit? Religious ideals? Politics? Such stellar reasons-NOT!
I am in my mid 50’s and would agree that I do not recognize this country any more. It is sliding into ruin at an ever increasing pace. There are startling similarities to what you wrote going on today. I think that normalcy bias is alive and well. So many still believe that another round of Trump is the answer. I don’t think that putting our faith in any one person is wise. He is still just a human being who puts his pants on the same way I do and is prone to temptation and bad choices.
There is really only One to put any faith in-Jesus Christ. But he sure didn’t leave us here on Earth to sit on our thumbs and whine about hard times!
I really appreciate the views expressed here along with the useful info/intel.

Politics are just a smoke screen to keep the masses occupied. Our entire political system reeks of corruption and I don’t believe it can be fixed. The up and comers have no idea what the original colonists survived or how. So many don’t even demonstrate compassion or empathy. That is a very bad sign.

On the good side, there is some time to store up and there are people out there who still remember America as she was and will fight for those values. God is still on the throne and the end is predetermined. Not all is lost even though TEOTWAWKI is looming large.

    • If God is on the throne he has always been the one responsible for all of our sufferings. Now think about that! Thousands of years of human and animal suffering. What kind of god could that be? Certainly not the all mighty, all knowing god of love that we have been led to believe in. It’s all a lie. A carrot on a stick. It’s time to wake up and face reality. At best the world is a farm and we’re someone elses’ property. The product of cruel and evil “gods” who have exploited and manipulated humanity from the very beginning. The evidence is all around us. All you have to do is open your eyes.

      • God is not a dictator. We all have free choice. Just as a parent cannot make a child do anything they don’t want to, neither can God. Read your Bible. It’s all in there.

        • Janie, I hate to burst your bubble but free will is a man made concept that is used to try and make sense of the evil that exists in this world. Does a person with bipolar or schizophrenia have free will? Not in the slightest. They are a victim to drawing the genetic short straw so to speak. Only in the last few decades has there been help for people with mental illness with medications. Unfortunately these can have other detrimental side effects and are not complete salvation for many.

Some say you do have free will in the sense that you can choose what to eat for breakfast or the clothes you buy or the furniture you choose. Etc. But how much of those choices are influenced by your brain also. Your likes, dislikes, personality. It is all much more complicated than a simple answer of free will.

Even people who do exceptionally good or bad things are that way because of their brain chemistry. Some people are just born more altruistic than others. And some people are born with damaged empathy centers in the brain and these things lead to evil, selfish actions.

There is no devil or satan stalking the earth and enticing people to do bad things. Satan is the human beings natural born ego. Which is secondary to the genetic dispositions they have. Those two together form the human being. And those two together are solely responsible for the suffering and pain inflicted on innocent victims by these defects. Same as those who are generous and good and kind.

Because a fraud created this place there are many defects in the design and the system. A fraud cannot create pure good and we are a product of this fraud.

      • Tony perhaps you’ve not read much of the Bible. Here’s something to start with.

When I talk to people who think God is “Mean” I have to remind them that God GAVE OVER the Earth to Man and Man’s sins gave it to Satan and they are complaining about the wrong person for their troubles.

God created the world (Gen 1:1). At that time, the world was in God’s dominion. After He made man, He gave dominion to Man (Gen 1:26). It does not say that He shared dominion with man, but gave it to him.

Satan is the god of this world (2Cor 4:4, John 12:31, Eph 2:2). He showed what he owns while tempting Jesus saying, “I’ll give you all the kingdoms of the world if you bow down and worship me” (Matt 4:8-9). Psalms 24:1 says that the earth is God’s because He created it, but God is not the god of this world, therefore there is a conflict of interest between God and Satan.

Satan is alive and well RULING over the Earth.

        • “Satan is alive and well RULING over the Earth”

“you belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father’s desires” ….

      • Thank you. I completely agree. One only has to look at the animal system of fighting to the death for the top spot in the pack or whatever to see that something truly wicked and counterfeit created this world and everything in it.

        • Will someone please tell me the reason God created this world.I know the Bible suggests that he may have had a bit of help from the council, who ever the hell that was or is.Did they do it just for fun and games.Maybe to watch us carbon robots kill each other and other fun things.Free will is a joke,we are guided into things like a bull with a ring in his nose,I know by looking back on some of the things I experienced. So many things I was lead into and put through in my 75 years on this rock, it could of only been explained by outside intervening, not of my own free will. One only has to look at the sorry shape the world is in today,it’s not my free will this crap is happening.I hear the phrase, “don’t worry god is in charge”,well if that’s true,in my lowly opinion,he is asleep at the wheel.

          • Captn.Jack, God did not directly create this world. This world, this universe is literally the upside-down. We live in an anti-universe, where spiritual laws and principles are upside-down. The current human proto-type was not directly created by God. It was created by genetic scientists millions of years ago. There is a God, but He/She is allowing this experiment to finish to prove to ALL what creation looks like without the direct presence of God.

    • “It never fails to amaze me at the evil people can choose to do to one another”

when you don’t see the other person as human, it’s easy.

  • There are some similarities, but a lot of differences also.
It is those differences that control whether this could happen here.
One of the biggest differences is that the Ukrainian people, were not armed like America is.
Another major difference is in the Culture. Europe was used to wars, conquests and being subjugated.
The common people did not (and still do not) easily rebel, but generally leave it up to their governments to deal with any problems.
We see this most plainly in the Nazi conquest of Europe.
The people initially left the fight to the military and the Government, rather than taking up arms themselves to repel the invasion. In the US, even Japan knew that, “There would be a rifle behind every blade of grass.” if they tried to invade.
The Cultural differences, make ALL the difference in what would be allowed to occur.

It is also doubtful that it could get to that point here in the US, Stalin and Communism played a major role in creating this scenario. Without those two elements, the subjugation and starvation of the Ukraine would not have been possible.
Americans have a rebellious spirit and culture, so it would not happen here past a certain point, with out a fight. As soon as they started rounding up people, banning and dismantling Church groups, there would be War. Long before the Starvation tactics began.

Secession movements. movements to split up states or counties are quite common in the US. Which is just a part of our rebellious nature showing through. Other than the long standing disputes of Ireland, Spain and a few others, such things are relatively uncommon in Europe and in most other parts of the world.

I know there are those who would say a countries citizens could not triumph against a modern army, but after Afghanistan ( both the US and USSR incursions), it is pretty clear that it is quite possible. Even by the most poorly armed and trained civilians.

So the result of an Holodomor scenario, in America, would be a civil war. Which could be as bad or worse than what the Ukrainian’s went through.

    • Mic, you wrote: “We see this most plainly in the Nazi conquest of Europe.” No, not conquest but defence against communism. In 1931 1.3 million German women and children died as a result of the global elites/bankers (same scum which started the Bolshevik revolution Holodomor, etc.) economic blokacde of Germany.
The “official” story of Western Civilization in the twentieth century casts Germany as the disturber of the peace in Europe, and the cause of both World War I and World War II, though the facts don’t bear that out. During both wars, fantastic atrocity stories were invented by Allied propaganda to create hatred of the German people for the purpose of bringing public opinion around to support the wars. The “Holocaust” propaganda which emerged after World War II further solidified this image of Germany as history’s ultimate villain. But how true is this “official” story? Was Germany really history’s ultimate villain? In this book, the author paints a different picture. He explains that Germany was not the perpetrator of World War I nor World War II, but instead, was the victim of Allied aggression in both wars.

The instability wrought by World War I made the 1917 Bolshevik Revolution in Russia possible, which brought world Communism into existence. Hitler and Germany recognized world Communism, with its base in the Soviet Union, as an existential threat to Western, Christian Civilization, and he dedicated himself and Germany to a death struggle against it. Far from being the disturber of European peace, Germany served as a bulwark which prevented Communist revolution from sweeping over Europe. The pity was that the United States and Britain did not see Communist Russia in the same light, ultimately with disastrous consequences for Western Civilization.

  • To add some context to that disgusting history of the Holodomor, it’s helpful to know what was happening at the highest political levels. The book below (listed on Amazon) provides part of that story.

Wall Street and the Bolshevik Revolution: The Remarkable True Story of the American Capitalists Who Financed the Russian Communists Paperback – December 1, 2012,
    by Antony C. Sutton

In addition to that title description, Lenin’s famous train ride from Switzerland to Moscow included immense funding from American oligarchs, England, and the German General Staff, all of which had their own motives. Once Lenin had successfully stolen the revolution from Kerensky, a regular parade of American oligarchs (in disguise as Red Cross representatives) went to Moscow to exact various trade monopoly guarantees from Lenin in exchange for funding his theft of the revolution.

Fast forward to 1933. The New York Times, always sucking up to power, was printing articles based on dispatches from Walter Duranty (mentioned above) in Moscow about how glorious was the wonderful workers’ paradise in communist Russia. When FDR took over the US presidency in 1933, once of his first tasks was to grant US diplomatic recognition to Stalin’s murderous regime (probably in peonage to his Wall Street supporters, some of whom would have wanted to smooth the way for Western support to increase the profitability of the Russian trade monopolies they had exacted from Lenin).

This was at the same time that Ukraine people were being starved to death. When Stalin’s thugs had gone door-to-door to confiscate household foods, they even confiscated pots and pans while saying “you won’t be needing these.” Just before that, a letter to the editor (of my long ago midwest home town newspaper) arrived (and is preserved in the microfilm archives of that newspaper today) asking for help from their distant relatives in the US. They explained that they were so hungry that they had been forced to cut up a cowhide rug into small pieces to boil enough to have something to eat. Other stories from that time told of bodies left dead in the streets for months after dropping from starvation.

Are there parallels to today? When Bill Gates promotes vaccines in third world countries that have killed children by the thousands, he has zero shame. The WEF zillionaire globalists are pushing that same scam worldwide (with exemptions for their buddies in the US Congress, eg, and other political allies).

I’ve heard it said that money is not what makes one’s character, but merely magnifies the kind of person one already is. Does that not suggest that some of the Davos / WEF crowd were really disgusting pieces of garbage long ago?

    –Lewis

    • What is your source material for “vaccines that have killed thousands of children” ? Are we talking about the Covid vaccine or just vaccines in general? What is the time period of this study? Is it a couple years or since the beginning of vaccines? I have not heard about this and would be interested in reading more about it from an accredited source and fox news does not count.

  • Can we truly consider ourselves as “safer” than the Ukranians, reminding ourselves that they were not armed and we are, when we still allow ourselves to be trod on more and more?

Also, so many people are barred from arming themselves because of old criminal convictions from younger days, which may have even been false charges. Yet the “dirty convicts” aren’t allowed arms in most cases. Also, how about supposed mental health issues that bar people from arming themselves? Not to mention, the wishes of well meaning family members? I have a few friends whose spouses ban weapons in the home, preventing them from defending their families, forcing them to rely on an overworked police force if anything happens.

What about the high prices of ammunition preventing consistent practice? That’s a factor too and it’s affecting many.

I’m not seeing very many people truly speaking out against most of this crap, partly due to the strangle hold social media has over communication. So it’s good to see this article.

That’s why I support this site when I can, by buying books and such to give a little income. It’s also why I refuse to give any help, attention, or ad revenue to FaKeBook, Twitster, Instagams, or any of its ilk. It’s amazing how many people look at me like I have three heads when I say I don’t want to use those platforms – but remember, when a service is free, the merchandise is usually you or your information.

I’m also doing everything I can to both stay employed and not get the ineffective, potentially dangerous jab. I can’t do much since I’m also hamstrung by how everything is set up these days, but I can do that little bit.

  • Daisy, I, too, have been a student of history. Solzhenitsyn’s “Gulag” might be the best parallel to what is coming our way. Even over a hundred years, human nature (read: the bad) hasn’t changed much. Increasing authoritarianism, along with censorship and the labeling of the unvaxxed as “The Other’ and a host of other things that you mentioned, all lead me to prepping for a period of Not Good.

    • “Solzhenitsyn’s ‘Gulag’ might be the best parallel to what is coming our way”

it is. because the same people are behind it, and they just run the same playbook each time.

  • The Ukrainian famine, the earlier Irish famine, and the Chinese famine during their Cultural Revolution, are examples of famines in places that actually usually produced more than enough food and could export. They were all driven by the same essential mechanism: a powerful central government that played favourites, and chose to feed certain areas at the expense of others, even to the point of driving those areas to a famine. The government also had the means to enforce at gunpoint the genocidal commands.

Could it happen in the USA? Probably not soon, because politics, fraught as they are, don’t seem to be anywhere near the point of willingness to play favourites to the extent of effectively committing genocide on certain areas. Could it happen later, if the Federal government became a lot harsher? Who knows?

  • I’ve decided it’s time to start addressing EVERYONE as “comrade”. It’s time to force people to face the fact that we are being forced, by the “President” on down, into a communist/socialist government/society. By pretending otherwise only makes it easier for the Comrade Leaders to force their agenda down our throats.

If asked why I call them comrade, it will give me the excuse to explain my position and why I called them comrade. Give them a little something to consider. Hopefully, by fighting back in this way I can get results that are less drastic.

  • I recently read a memoir written by a survivor of this manufactured famine in the Ukraine (“Execution by Hunger” by Miron Dolot). I found his story to be absolutely terrifying and it certainly destroyed my false sense of security that I had gained with my preparations. I guess I had become one of the “blueberry muffin” types of preppers that Toby and Selco have described. Real life experiences are so different from fiction! It has made me re-evaluate how I prepare and what my expectations are. Thank you for all your efforts and I try to be guided by your insights.

    • Thanks for the info Appalachian girl,I just ordered the book.I always find a wealth of information on this web site from all of the commenters,It ends up costing me too much money also, because I always order the books and videos that is recommended reading or viewing. Just kidding,I love it.

  • I believe there’s a very high probability and possibility that this could happen in the US Daisy. I don’t think there’s anything our government wouldn’t do to maintain control of the citizenry, including mass murder, especially with the Party in control of Congress and the White House.

I expect that after the Unconstitutional Vaxxine Mandates receive increased resistance, Unconstitutional Martial Law is coming. What better time than in the winter months, when they can easily shut down electricity, gas, water, Internet and Food supply on a State by State/City by City basis.

The only questions that remain, are “When will the Declaration occur?, “Will it be Regional or Nationwide?, and “Whether we openly Rebel or not?”

    • “Whether we openly Rebel or not?”

how would you resist? what would you do? what would you fight?

      don’t answer.

      • ant7 one of your best posts.

To resist you must first survive. the Rule of threes is a good start BUT I’d add a few more:

3 poorly defined units of time with out security. See something SAY something was used by the Russians as folks sold each other out *thinking* they’d be “Favored” and thus survive.

The folks that survived the Holodomor were the “selfish” ones that saw what was happening and HID barrels of cabbages and such in the woods with out telling even their families. Only the trusted family members were so fed, lest the weaker ones “Saw something and Said Something so all in the family starved.

Or as Ant7 said elsewhere they USE the Same Playbook over and over again.

Grey Man needs to KNOW who they trust with their Lives and the lives of their families. Indeed Family Member WILL turn each other in.

Security is a fragile thing if your inclined to be on social media (even this one) speaking of your “Plans” and survival stuff and so on. Like posting your going on Vacation to Mexico on Feces Book for Robbers to take note of.

Shelter NOT the address they have for your domicile, water, food, and so on.

Too many folks I know have everything they “Need” to survive in their well known to the Gov.com Home.

Some have discovered just how bad it is when a “Forest Fire” comes by to burn them out.

I’d not put it past them to use a armored vehicle and a flamethrower on heavily armed folks.

Survival gardening is knowing how to make your potato patch look like a patch of weeds. I allow dandelions in my garden as they are good eating, have medical uses and really don’t harm the production of potatoes and such. Wild crafting is hard work for limited calories. But having your PLANTED patch of chickweed and such gives you wild gardening advantage.

Knowing how to ferment foods allows you to use less than acceptable vegetables like cabbage you cut out the rot damage out of into healthy foods. I’ve made plenty of kimchee thusly.

Having traps and knowing how to use them properly fed my Grandparents well enough in the Great Depression when ALL the available “Game” had been hunted nearly into extinction. Our history of the Great Depression has been “Sanitized” as folks did indeed starve to death in America, as our Government had farmers plow under crops and dump milk into rivers.

  • I’m 50, and I say this IS the country I grew up in. It’s just more so. The patriots are louder. The anti-patriots are more brazen. The racists are more subversive. The corporations are more blatant. The wealthy are wealthier. The poor are closer to abject poverty. And, everyone is more connected.

That last part is why all the (subjective) bad parts are so obvious now. We have access to all the news that any company sees fit to “print” or post. We have input from anyone who wants to say anything to anyone else. And, we have a bigger glut of information to sort through.

“In my day,” … In my youth (late ’70s-late ’80s in Sierra Vista AZ), the only sources of news were over-the-air programs that local stations shared, radio updates, local newspapers, and local word of mouth. So, in my home, it was CBS (national news), TBS (movies and cartoons), and PBS (educational stuff, wildlife stuff). The radio was only on when Paul Harvey’s broadcast was on. The newspaper was delivered most days. And my parents chatted with their friends on the telephone. That was it. Even school did not have any national news until the 1980 election.

Despite that, much of the “OMG” stuff of today was apparent in what media was available back then. So, today, now, is just more so.

As to holodomor? Yes, we are at risk of that. I’ve tried to prepare, but my various roommates (life without is harder than with, usually) have gotten rid of every bean and grain and storable replacement and water container. I can’t predict much else that’s on this topic.

    • “I’m 50, and I say this IS the country I grew up in. It’s just more so. The patriots are louder. The anti-patriots are more brazen. The racists are more subversive. The corporations are more blatant. The wealthy are wealthier. The poor are closer to abject poverty.”

yep. exactly so. ‘cept the leaders are different. the legitimately elected politicians are no longer in control, they’re just fronts.

  • Ya know, Daisy, had you wrote this 5 years ago, I would of said ya bumped your head.

Today, I could see it as a real possibility.

As others have noted, we are a armed society.
We have seen record numbers of gun purchases, with 40% being first time buyers, to include minorities and women.
    Good for them!
However, as RedBranch pointed out about ammo prices (although they are coming down and the supply is beginning to return). And, I have yet to see a break out of the percentages of handguns, to shotguns, to rifles.
Dont bring a handgun to a fire fight.
How many of them have gotten proper training?

America is a large land mass, and looking at the 2020 election results, a lot of where the food production comes from is mostly red. Granted CA produces a lot, but I can forego almonds and avocado toast. The drought and wildfires might make CA produce moot.
Then, even by some weird circumstances, our military is some how involved like in the Holodomor, that is a lot of area to patrol. Our pull out of Afghanistan was not exactly stellar under this admin. I do not blame the average service man/woman, but the leadership at the top.
I would also question how many would obey those kind of orders. We dont just blindly follow orders. One of the NCO classes was about following lawful orders and questioning unlawful ones. Based off the number of those refusing to take the vaccine, that could make things interesting.
Same goes for LEOs. It is one thing for some politician to make a edict, from some city far away. Quiet something else when that edict turns their friends, neighbors, the general public into criminals for nothing more than feeding themselves and their family.

The recent National School Board Association requesting the DOJ/FBI to classify parents protesting mask mandates or what is being taught in school as domestic terrorists under the Patriot Act is chilling.
Especially in this day and age where on campuses across America, use the wrong pronoun and someone can be accused of hate speech. Others have declared even the presence of someone with an opposing view as a threat. I could easily see a school board deciding a point of view to theirs was inciting violence and have the FBI get involved.

    Chilling.

Never thought I would see this kind of thing happen in this country.
    And all in nine months.

  • Here’s the difference between us and the Ukranians. And the Venezuelans. We’re armed. They won’t take our land and our crops.

We export more food than every nation on Earth. Right now, we can get food and not depend on container ships.

What’s going to cause food shortages? Fuel shortages.

Just think. Ten months ago we were an energy exporter. Less than a year.

What do we need? Victory gardens, to start.

    • Bill in Houston,

Well said (re: Victory gardens, Russians had something similar)!

We do export some foods more than others.
But we import 2/3s of our garlic, from China. Yeah, I was surprised too.
To me, that is a National Security issue!

      • 1stMarineJarHead

Garlic is the easiest veggie to grow. You can hide it in weedy patches and still get a decent harvest. Indeed in survival gardening it’s you best ally to reduce pests in your other NON Corn-Tomato and otherwise easy to ID garden plants.

Garlic, potatoes and bush beans hide well in weeds especially if you choose what weeds to tolerate like dandelions and chickweed and such, all edible.

I’ve hidden garlic and potatoes in HOA flower beds 🙂 Just to prove a point. Had nice harvests very early in the morning before the Karen’s are awake. Just had to rake the pretty mulch back.

  • per Bill in Houston:
“They won’t take our land and our crops.”

“They” won’t have to. The Beijing Biden regime is making noises about killing the step-up tax basis at property inheritance time. At the rate that the Fed is ramping up their counterfeiting of the US Dollar, that will force land prices high enough that property heirs will be forced to sell at fire-sale prices to pay that killer tax. Just like how Blackrock is picking up lots of residential properties from landlords broken by the eviction moratorium, that forced-transfer of property at dirt cheap prices from the little guys to the mega-wealthy operators is a classic fascist model that land won’t escape if that step-up tax basis gets killed.

  • Holodomor was a character in Game of Thrones. In the way of languages, his name has come to be shortened to Hodor.

  • Hi
I have been following you for sometime and Thank you for your dedication and really good articles.

There is one point I think should be included in your article and it pertains to the broad spectrum of individuals who make up any/all countries. That is we are no different than Nazi Germany in our mix and we have within our countries those who are quit willing to do the dirty work of an oppressive regime if they are given the freedom to do so. We have within us the SS, the brown shirts, the concentration commandants, the snitches, etc all waiting for their opportunity.

    IT CAN happen here !

    • You are confusing the Holodomor and Germany. I posted this earlier:

In 1931 1.3 million German women and children died as a result of the global elites/bankers (same scum which started the Bolshevik revolution Holodomor, etc.) economic blokacde of Germany.
The “official” story of Western Civilization in the twentieth century casts Germany as the disturber of the peace in Europe, and the cause of both World War I and World War II, though the facts don’t bear that out. • The mindset is already here. I see no difference between the Sovieymt system that would starve a person to death then a hospital in Colorado who is refusing a kidney transplant to a person because she nor her donor have been vaxxed. Both are basically murder.

  • I have asked many of these same questions myself.
I’ve known about the extreme starvation tatics Stalin
used, but I was not aware of Holodormo. I can however
see that it fits the puzzle. We are being placed into 2 camps,
those who will willing follow blindly and those who will
think for themselves. Independent thinkers are villanized
as evil and must be stopped, starved and left destitute. This
is the story one hears out of the mouths of both the media
and the polatician. Insanity now seems to be in charge.
Heaven help us, because I don’t think anyone else will.

  • Can it happen in the US and Canada? Yes. At least to some extent, and it will differ bu county and state.

Around here it would be difficult for the government, short of very overwhelming force… force the US did not use in Vietnam or Afghanistan.

I predicted to friends that Biden would divide the country like never before. I predicted that it would be so bad that we’d see a civil war.

The powers that be have a timeline. Their plans weren’t going along as they wanted and there was too much restistance. Trump getting elected threw a monkey wrench in their plans and proved that there was still too much restistance. Now they’re got the pedal pushed to the floor and it’s “damn the torpedoes”. They will use every trick they’ve used in the past and more openly in hopes they can achieve their goal before it is too late.

Those pesky Americans still have their guns though, so it’s going to be touch and go with no gaurantee of success for them.

Those are the dark thoughts I think about. Those are the dark days I see before us.

I’m a bit optimistic that their rushing will serve them ill in the end.

We’ll see if my predicted time line was anywhere near on the money. I hope my prediction and time line are wrong.

  • I brought home today three heavy draft ponies. I still have a full heavy stable of diesel horses.

As a full time self-employed farmer, I tell you all this; all of agriculture is relative. 50 square feet or 500 acres..it’s all the same(relatively speaking), steward your ground economically and maximize every opportunity within your expertise. Not everyone can nor has talent( no desire) to grow wheat/maze/ oat rotations as was done in Ukraine back then.

Diversify according to your talents and network amongst others with different strengths.

Monoculture ag and confinement husbandry of livestock has made food cheap and easy for consumers. This fact and the body of the history of this article should make everyone uneasy.

Also, on a related side note, my father teared up when I unloaded my ponies tonight. He was a small boy when the last drafthorses left. I brought them home again. I almost don’t give a damn what happens with the world tomorrow, tonight was perfect.

  • Love ya like a sister,Daisy, but the main reason ships are docked offshore,is because there is no where to put the containers. Rail dispatchers are saying that rail yards in Chicago and elsewhere are full. Because of the lockdowns, drivers left the business and retired early. Not everyone wants to drive a rig all over the country for pennies on the dollar. Gas prices have left the stratosphere and keep going up. So,yeah, government as usual stuck its nose where it didn’t belong and screwed it up,again. FUBAR….

  • A common factor in every case of a population being victimized by a totalitarian government is that the suffering populations were unarmed. Being the most heavily-armed population on the planet has kept us from becoming Australia, Canada, or the Soviet-dominated Ukraine…. so far. The good news is that gun ownership in the US is growing, not fading away like the Marxists wanted and thought would happen after all their anti-gun propaganda. Every responsible adult in the US should have a rifle and a handgun of sufficient caliber and quantity of ammo and know how to use them. Sheep suffer the consequences of being sheep in a world of wolves. Lions don’t.

  • Excellent description of Stalin’s genocide and the comparisons to our current situation….Stalin effectively killed about 30 million people, starving them…you hear about this very seldom…history teachers don’t teach it in schools, (but everyone knows about Hitler)….Beware, your children are being brainwashed in social studies/history lessons about socialism in schools, it’s become prevalent and really invasive, there is no objective/factual history teaching often available. My most horrible moment in history class was watching the crumbling of World Trade Center towers on TV with my class, and the boys erupted in applause because capitalist USA is now getting what they deserve….I had just started work at that school…and later discovered the on-going socialistic brainwashing, and “down with America” attitude that prevailed there. (in Canadian school) Well, I stayed on for ten years and tried to turn the tide…I like to think I did succeed, at least to some degree….

  • This life is a test, it is only a test! If it had been a actual life you would receive instructions on where to go and what to do.

  • In AU and Canada, they are moving forward with the Digital Passport that now requires ALL ELECTED OFFICIALS to show proof or…..

    Buh bye

  • I think you’ve hit the likely nail on its sadistic head. Our area news has been reporting on the ships at sea and empty shelves in spite of their far left bias.

To receive a loan to pay on a mortuary bill I had to give my social security number as well as the usual photo id and signature to receive the money at wally world. It was for an IRS notification. Family was loaning family family the money but that didn’t matter. Care to guess if insisted as income somewhere even though it m us be repaid.
Preppers are likey terrorist horders aren’t they? Yikes! But it looks pretty close to real. One news station here advised buying up paper goods whiIe you can. Another reporter said ship unloading dates in order of arrival are 700 days out. Blamed it on insufficient trucks. Trucks are reported to be having trouble getting repair parts.
    Go figure.
I live 2 milles away from a casino/ fuel stop for trucks along an interstate. It is never full like it was two years ago.
The Afgan refugees being settled in my state have been vaccinated. Those folks walking in over our southern border are not.
    Go figure.
Is it just enough to keep us quiet? Or just so the Great unwashed masses… I mean un vaccinated freedom Iovers, can be made examples of?

  • Just watched “Mr. Jones”. A movie based on the time spent and trials endured by journalist Gareth Jones who wrote of and spoke out against Stalin’s murder of millions through starvation 1932-33, and the banking and financial support Stalin received from both UK and USA banking and industrial financiers.

He never gave up. He gave all for the truth. We need some Mr. Joneses again.

On a side note; another grain/flour/food mill went up in flames yesterday. How many does that make now? Ah, well, just another overheated belt from lack of maintenance at a place where lack of maintenance could mean ruin I suppose.

  • When JFK was assassinated the United States became the Divided States of America. He was going to eliminate the Federal Government and shut down the FBI, CIA, etc., this was also a time in which you actually had to be a U.S. Citizen in order to buy property and run a business. Obama singed a lot of executive orders taking away rights and was more concerned about “ The global economy”. This is why things are the way they are. GREED in a nut shell. The reason why people keep repeating history is because you don’t learn from it or you are in denial, or part of the new stupid “Cancel Culture”. Our politicians are corrupt and have no intentions to reinstate truth and honesty, it’s against their religion. A country is only as good as long as it’s people stand together. The politicians and so called leaders are and have been destroying this country from the inside out! It is time to wake up and smell the roses. The other thing I would like to add is that Racism was created to add fuel to an already burning fire. We are the Human Race and are a total Disgrace to the race!

  • “the Soviet government started a system of internal passports, denied to farmers, so that they could not travel or obtain a train ticket without permission.” This too has come to pass in the West with the idea that we should have vaccine passports to filter those who are compliant from those who are not. The Chinese social credit scoring system goes back to this Soviet system. I’m not sure how far back this goes, but this is coming up on a century. Sometimes it’s good to repost an article to see how it stands up over time, this is one perfect case. Thanks Daisy for the repost 😉

  • There’s an utterly murderous story that the British have generally erased from history. Scotland also had a Potato Famine at that same time [1845-1852] but didn’t suffer the starvation the Irish did. So why the difference?

It turns out that the British military deliberately blocked incoming food supplies to Ireland (but not to Scotland) in a genocidal attempt to starve out millions of Irish. Even Britannica won’t cover this story even today, but IrishHolocaust.org did in great detail .. at least up until recently when the website went dead. But archive.org had saved pages from that website:

    https://web.archive.org/web/20191229001331/http://www.irishholocaust.org/britain'scoverup

Even the “Continue” links on that story are still working so you can read the entire writeup.

The British continue even today to use the fraudulent soft-pedaling label of Potato Famine when in fact “Irish Holodomor” or “Irish Genocide” would do a better job of assigning the murderous historical guilt on the evil British where blame belonged.

One lesson from this is that genocidal tyrants will try to control the historical record for centuries after committing their evil deeds.

  • Great article. The British starved the Irish and Indigenous Americans long before the Russians starved Ukraine. The potato blight was a big lie. British troops stole every last morsel, every last crumb, from the mouths of babes.

  • Half-great article! But according to science, history is different. Only Russians in Ukraine, Kazahstan and Russia was genocided by communists in 1933. Ukrainians, Kazahs and other nations was spared from hunger. You can visit Kuban, Donbass and other regions, which was affected by hunger, and ask people who they are.
