Do you ever have a craving for something sweet that won’t blow your healthy eating lifestyle?

Try this healthy no-cook fudge with only 5 ingredients.  It just takes about 5 minutes of hands-on time.

Healthy fudge? What? It’s true!

It’s gluten-free, grain-free, paleo, primal, and contains no artificial ingredients. Everything in it is pantry-stable, so you’ll always have the ingredients on-hand.

If you are limiting your carbs, you can experiment with reducing the amount of honey in the recipe. We’ve dropped it to as little as 1/4 of a cup. The almond butter has a lot of natural sweetness.

Directions

Plop all of the ingredients into your food processor (I have the Ninja food processor and it rocks) and pulse until everything is well-mixed.  Your batter will look like this:

Mix it in the food processor

Place liners into a cupcake tin.

Drop a heaping spoonful of batter into each liner and then gently press it down with the back of a spoon.

Place your fudge-loaded muffin tin in the freezer for 20 minutes.

Put it in the freezer

Then, try in vain to get a picture of the prettiest one before your daughter takes a bite.
