If you’re a fellow prepper, you’ve probably heard of the quote, “Never let a crisis go to waste.” It’s a great quote, and it may be a vital indicator of a rapidly approaching shit show we all should be getting better prepared for.

Never letting a good crisis go to waste may not be a crisis of randomness. Instead, it could be a planned situation that sets up a desired future outcome for the people creating the crisis. In a manner, it’s similar to a false-flag event that may set the stage for the Democrat segment of the ruling establishment to win the 2024 Presidential election.

However, it will require a situation so dire that the most fervent believers in Biden-Harris freely and happily abandon the ticket.

This article will discuss exactly what the DNC may be planning, how it impacts normal people like you, and what you can do to prepare for their possible shenanigans.

Who said never let a crisis go to waste?

Never let a crisis go to waste.

While many give credit to Rahm Emmanuel, Winston Churchill first famously said, “Never let a crisis go to waste.”

He made this statement in the aftermath of World War II, as he worked to rebuild and establish the United Nations.

And as the world’s leaders used World War II to begin pushing their global political agendas, they and their human nature would repeatedly go back to what works for them,  never letting a serious crisis go to waste.

What’s the situation?

The Democrat segment of the establishment ruling class knows Biden is not re-electable. They also know the Republican element of the ruling class will take the majority in the mid-term elections. And, they know that the Republicans will hang the economy and current state of the world around Joe Biden and Kamala Harris’s necks like a boat anchor if they run in 2024.

How can the Democrats win?

They can win by making the situation so bad that the Democrats can turn on Joe Biden and Kamala Harris as the mainstream media is currently doing. Turning on Biden-Harris provides the DNC with the opportunity to bring in a person to save the day. In this scenario, that person will be either Hillary Clinton, AOC, or Michelle Obama. And possibly a combined ticket consisting of two of them.

What does that mean if true?

It means that the establishment Democrats must chisel the people they got to believe in Joe Biden the first go-around, to abandon him in the second.

The D’s need people’s daily lives to get so bad that Joe Harris’s supporters and others leave and flock to the soon-to-be anointed savior of the party and their fellow comrades.

Therefore, in addition to an increase in inflation, divisive rhetoric, supply chain issues, and civil unrest not only here at home but around the world.

How to prepare?

If this is true, plan on returning to the past, the same old tired yet effective DNC playbook. As the worsening of the situation ratchets up, expect an increase in mental health challenges.

Expect worsening economic times as they orchestrate yet more trillion-dollar-plus, hyperinflation driving, financial bailouts, and climate change relief packages that only benefits companies and government hacks.

As they play with fire, by increasing the pressure on society, be prepared for their effort to generate a crisis so as to not let a good crisis go to waste, to get even more out of hand.

1. Prepare for hyperinflation

Never let a crisis go to waste.

As the world economy spirals out of control, many experts predict that the US will soon experience hyperinflation. While this may seem like a daunting prospect, there are several ways that individuals can prepare for hyperinflation.

One of the most important things to do is improve your financial situation. Try to pay off as much debt as possible and build up a savings cushion that can help you weather an extended period of high prices.

It’s also good to diversify your assets, including some investments that will hold their value even if the dollar experiences significant depreciation. Gold, for example, has traditionally been seen as a safe haven during times of economic turmoil.

By taking these steps now, you can help to protect yourself and your family from the devastating effects of hyperinflation.

2. Create a budget

Properly managing your finances is crucial to ensuring your future stability. One of the best ways to do this is by creating a budget. A budget can help you improve aspects of your financial life, such as your saving and spending habits. It can also help you prepare for unexpected expenses, such as a job loss or medical emergency.

And if you’re worried about hyperinflation, a budget can help you prepare by keeping track of your expenses and ensuring you’re not overspending. Whether you’re a crazy prepper like me or just looking to improve your financial health, creating a budget is an excellent place to start.

3. Get out of debt.

As the economy tanks and interest rates rise, the last thing anyone needs is debt. One way to improve aspects of your life is to get out of debt before the economic hard time gets worse.

If you’re unable to pay off your debt, you can consider consolidating your debt into a single loan with a lower interest rate. This may save you money in the long run and help you become debt-free more quickly.

If consolidation isn’t an option, consider other methods of paying off your debt, such as making extra payments or negotiating with your creditors. The sooner you can get out of debt, the better off you’ll be when the economy takes a turn for the worse.

4. Create a food stockpile.

Are you worried about the state of the world? You’re not alone. Many people are preparing for possible disasters by stockpiling food and supplies. If you have children, it’s crucial to have enough food to last them through an emergency.

Start with non-perishable items like canned goods, rice, pasta, and cereals. These can be stored for long periods of time and don’t require refrigeration.

Next, add items with a longer shelf life, like powdered milk, dried fruit, and nuts. These will give your children additional nutrients and energy during an emergency.

Finally, include some comfort foods that will lift their spirits during tough times. Chocolate, candy, and cookies can help take the edge off a difficult situation. By following these tips, you can create a food stockpile that will help your children weather any storm.

(For more information on how to build a food stockpile, check out our free QUICKSTART Guide to building a 3-layer food storage plan.)

5. Fortify your home.

There’s no denying that we’re living in difficult times. In times like these, it’s more important than ever to take steps to fortify your home. By improving your property, you can help improve your family’s safety and security.

For example, you might want to consider installing a security system or reinforced locks. Or, if you live in an area prone to natural disasters, you might want to invest in hurricane-proof windows or flood insurance. (We highly recommend you put in a Dakota Alert driveway alarm, at the very least.)

Whatever steps you take, fortifying your home will help give you peace of mind during these uncertain times.

6. Re-evaluate needs versus wants.

One of the most effective ways of weathering difficult financial times is being able to evaluate needs versus wants. Needs are items that are essential for survival, such as food, shelter, and clothing. On the other hand, Wants are items that you would like to have but can live without.

For example, a new car might be a want, but it’s not a need. Identifying needs versus wants can help you make smart financial decisions during tough times.

Evaluating your needs and wants can help you stay focused on your goals and avoid making impulse purchases that you may later regret. So next time you’re facing a financial decision, take a moment to evaluate your needs versus your wants. It could make all the difference in your overall economic well-being.

7. Create an SHTF plan.

Whenever people play games on the level that the Democratic portion of the establishment may be playing in this scenario, they always risk losing control of the situation. If that happens, you will need to have an SHTF Plan ready to go for you and your family.

What’s the bottom line?

The future is always uncertain. However, one certainty is that the rich and powerful are playing games with little concern for the well-being of We the People. And it’s because of that uncertainty that we all must do our best to consider the possibilities, risks, and opportunities. And it’s my perspective that our best opportunity is to prepare for the worst they have to offer.

Stay safe.

  • Well Brian, your opening is very insightful. We all know the DNC is crooked, and that has been proven time and again. Will they turn on Biden/Harris? Of course they will! They don’t want to lose their power and prestige. I would expect a certain amount of that to happen before November, in the hopes of saving some of their seats.

The seven points you make are all valid, but not anything new. They are, or have been listed and discussed multiple times, especially over the last couple years. All are good advice, but in most cases much harder for the average person to implement. As you know, being ex-military, the best laid plans rarely survive first contact. That is true for both the plans we make as preppers, and any plans that the DNC might have in the works.

If we are going to explore the “If this is their plan” I would like to hear some of your thoughts on how they will proceed. Other than continuing with their present agenda, which seems to be wreaking enough havoc without any additional help. What kind of crisis do you see them creating that is more effective than the present/future pandemic, or the Russia/Ukraine war? Let’s face it, we already have an economic/stock market crisis, an out of control Fed, record drought, Israel and Iran on the brink of war, China making more overture’s toward Taiwan, Chinese lockdowns and the resulting supply chain issues, Biden getting Russia to broker a deal with Iran to get oil (LOL!), Russia continuing to threaten the use of nuclear weapons, the USD on the ropes as the world’s reserve currency, Iran on the verge of having nuclear weapons. No matter where you look there is a looming crisis. I’m not sure what the DNC could come up with anything that would overshadow what we already have.

  • Interesting premise.
Biden/Harris? There is no energy for people to get behind them. Most Dems do NOT want either to run in 2024. I think Dems would stay home and not vote at all. I did notice the pivot in MSM turn against Biden.
Clinton? As 2016 showed, she is just not popular with the people.
AOC? She might be popular with a segment of the country, but I think that would be a small segment.
Obama? Name recognition is about the only thing she has going for her. She would be dependent on having the counsel of her husbands admin (the one that is currently advising the Biden admin).

The GOP has the de facto leader Trump. Personally I dont want to see him run. If you think the reaction of his 2016 win was crazy, I think it will be 10 times worse if he were to win in 2024. And, he, like Biden and Clinton, are getting up there in years. Any one of them could have a medical condition/incident and then where are we?
For the GOP, I think De Santis would be a better choice. Might get some of the crazy from 2016, but I dont think it would be as nearly as bad as Trump winning again.

A few months ago, the San Fran Fed quietly released a report that the current inflationary environment we are experiencing was in fact a result from the pandemic “stimulus.”
The rate at which the Fed is raising interest rates is woefully behind inflation and will stay there unless they pull a 1980’s Volcker like rate hike. Of course that will crash the stock market and housing market, but that might be coming regardless of the Fed actions.
Been seeing more message traffic about a recession in mid to late 2023.

I know some think this is by design by some shadowy cabal of elites, or the work of the WEF. Based off my interactions with the government to include some of the three letters, the government is not anywhere near that competent to enact some kind of plan like that. The Russian invasion of the Ukraine has completely upended the global economy. Right now everyone is scrambling to either profit off the war, or how to mitigate the economic pain.
There is no plan that can survive the kind of social and civil unrest we are going to see in many countries.
Perhaps even here in the US.
Otherwise, take note of Brian’s 7 tips and act/adjust accordingly.

    • HEY good points…I totally 110% agree that Ron DeSantis is the man that has a plan, he’s articulate and soooo knows what he’s doing. He’s improved the Sunshine state so far and most in Florida see his efforts and give him Kudos haha. So, I think DeSantis is better now for us than Trump and of course (as mentioned) he is younger and that matters…SO those are just briefly some of my current thoughts.

    • “Personally I dont want to see him run. If you think the reaction of his 2016 win was crazy, I think it will be 10 times worse if he were to win in 2024.”

I’d like to see him run just to see their reaction. “enjoy the decline” and all that.

  • “In this scenario, that person will be either Hillary Clinton, AOC, or Michelle Obama. And possibly a combined ticket consisting of two of them.”

    Not even close.

The DNC has been surgically enhancing its image for the past six years quietly. The DNC is hated. Even by so many of their own. Until all the old names fade into history like dirty panties run through the spin cycle of politics too many times.

They need someone that can bring republican votes over (at least enough so they don’t have to work so hard at stealing the election, liberals do hate hard work, and the media has been so exposed, even they are tired of carrying the DNC’s water).

Someone who checks all the boxes, but is fresh, liked on both sides of the aisle, knows how to take orders, can easily conceal their ties to WEF/YGL, is a good little servant, has a service record, and can whistle the star spangled banner out her tail. Oh, yea, and a woman. An attractive one.

That woman is. Tulsi Gabbard. She is the future of Democrat leadership.

    • ~Jim,
I agree with your assessment, but only to a degree.
Gabbard ticked off a lot of the DNC establishment when she quit her post within the DNC in protest to Clinton stealing the nomination from Sanders.
Her going on Fox news for interviews, The Hill’s Rising, to un-apologetically call out the fails by the Dems, and the Biden admin only alienate her that much more of the DNC establishment.
Personally, I would like to see her run as an Independent. If she did, and changed her stance on the 2ndA, I think she would pull in a lot of moderate Dems, GOP, and Independents.

    • “That woman is. Tulsi Gabbard.”

no way. she’d be a president, but they don’t want a president they want a script-reader. they’ll run kamala, cheat her in, and smile.

kamala as president would be kind of fun to watch, if you can get past the whole insult/degradation-of-america thing ….

  • There is one assumption being made, that there will not be nuclear war. That Putin is just bluffing when he threatens nuclear war. That following the disaster in Ukraine, that the Soviets will pull back and lick their wounds. The Dems assume that the Soviets think like them, that they fear MAD, therefore won’t go all the way to nukes. Well, I got news for them, Putin and his generals don’t believe in MAD.

Another assumption being made is that the population will remain fairly stable over the next few years to decades. But a nuclear war would kill tens of millions in just the first strike. The fighting that follows that first strike will kill tens of millions more, both directly through the fighting, and indirectly through starvation and disease due to supply chain disruption. There is a website that had a prediction, the prediction since taken off line, that by 2025 the U.S. will have a population of 99 million, down from 230 million today. There’s reason to conclude that a large majority of those losses will be among Dems and their supporters.

Along with supply chain disruptions will come the need for local production, and not only of food. Cheap clothing from Asia will no longer arrive. Many small manufactured parts will have to be made locally. How ready are we for things like that? I put training to produce things (food, tools, objects) as one of the necessities and the tools needed for that production as a necessity.

The bottom line is long-term survival. The steps that Brian Duff mentioned in his article are necessary preparations towards that goal, but eventually one will need to produce a service or product that will be in demand. For many, that will be food. For others, what? But we need to survive long enough to find the demand, and that’s the value in those seven steps above.

As for Democratic politics, most of us reading this have no say in that. All we can do is to watch and hope that their shenanigans have no impact on our individual lives.

  • “The Democrat segment of the establishment ruling class knows Biden is not re-electable”

so? he wasn’t electable the first time, but there he sits. he’s not president, he’s just a front, so he suits them just fine.

    “How can the Democrats win?”

    by cheating again.

  • Alexandra “Occasionally Correct” gets so much press because she is so staggeringly idiotic that she is hard to believe. Nobody wants their party’s ticket headed by someone regarded by half the country as so dumb she couldn’t even make a pot of coffee.
As to the 90 million population in 2025 mentioned in another comment–that was the Deagle report. James Corbett looked him up and found out that this is an individual–with a track record of FAILED predictions.
FWIW, I don’t think Putin has a nuclear war in mind, even tho his nation would survive one and we would not. He has other weapons. A cyber attack is particularly likely if “Biden” (whoever is really running the show behind the puppet) angers him enuf.

  • Non-perishable foods… Those go without saying. A lot of us also have a lot of frozen foods as well. Beware of these. Aside from the obvious need for power, the cost of electricity where I live went up by over 60% in the space of one year as Pelosi’s nephew ran off half naked into the desert screaming GREEEEEEEENNN!!!! We’re now trying to whittle down our frozen food stores and shut off freezers because the longer we keep the food the more expensive it gets! Hyperinflation will do that to the rest of us pretty soon. ‘Just sayin’…

  • Just the same as our crisis in Venezuela was engineered too. Mind you, we WERE a reliable fuel supply for the USA, meaning cheap food production, and the mobility to deploy troops everywhere and fast.

  • First to R.O. The US population is 330 million not 230 million. Unless 100 million died without my noticing.

If you follow Precious Metals and currency exchange rates like I do (Kitco.com) you will have noticed that the US Dollar Index is way, way up. As I write this it is 103.46. During late 2020 and early 2021 it was in the area of 89.
This Index is made up of 6 foreign currencies, the Euro is 57% and includes 3 other European currencies. This number has shot way up since Russia has invaded. It’s not that the US Dollar is stronger, it is that the Euro and the other European currencies are taking a nose dive (I hesitate to say crashing as I don’t thing that is correct, yet). Could a European economic collapse change the election dynamics in the US? Probably only if our economics take a nose dive as well.

Whatever the DNC and the powers that be make happen in the US, or world, I expect it to be really bad and probably unexpected (for the shock value). I have no idea what so I’m just holding my breath while waiting for the other shoe to drop.

  • Daisy can tell you what happens if the children find the chocolate stash–it’s not there when you need it. As an adult, I am no better.
What you CAN do is stash 100% chocolate bars for baking, and unsweetened cocoa powder. In that form, they’re not tempting. In an emergency, figure a way to use them, and you will have both treats and something to do.
