Good morning, online shoppers! It’s Day Two of Big Deals Day. And there are several great prepper finds on the website. I went and found the best Big Deals for preppers so you don’t have to!

Please use my link for shopping so that OP gets the commission. (It doesn’t cost you a penny extra but helps us a LOT!)

I put a few category search links, too, so you can browse for specific types of things. Finally, I have a WHOLE BUNCH of books you might be interested in.

Here are some items that preppers may find useful at a great price.

Prepper Food and Kitchen Aids

Many different kinds of emergency foods are on sale, from buckets to ration bars to individual freeze-dried ingredients. Browse the emergency food deals here.

Some of my favorites are:

A huge thing of powdered milk

Dehydrated Mixed Bell Peppers (great for dressing up a bland, freeze dried meal)

If you want to go really big, get 15% off a one-year stash of 4Patriots food. Looking at the world right now, it’s not a bad idea if you can afford it.

Here’s a fermentation crock with the bells and whistles if you’ve been considering that.

I’ve used these fabric container garden gadgets, and they’re pretty great for those with limited space.

Canning stuff

It’s hard to get a pressure canner at a decent price now. This one is not the cheapest deal, but it has far better reviews than the cheapest one, which I would avoid. Unfortunately, it isn’t on sale, but I still prefer and recommend the Presto pressure canner.

This is the best price for an old-fashioned graniteware water bath canning kit I’ve seen in a year. This stainless steel canner is only a little bit more.

If you only need the gadgets, here’s a kit at a great price, though I personally prefer a stainless steel canning funnel.

If you don’t know how to can, don’t worry. You can learn from the book I wrote about it!

Ninja Professional Kitchen System I swear by mine and have had it for almost ten years! I use it frequently during canning season.

I’m still gobsmacked over the price of jars. You cannot go with the cheapest ones for canning, particularly not pressure canning. They will break under the pressure. Below are the best-reviewed jars and jar stuff I found on sale.

This box of 48 flat regular lids is a steal and the reviews are good. If you buy in bulk, they also have a box of 96 regular lids and  a box of 72 wide-mouth lids.

Ball pint jars

Ball quart jars

ComSafe quarter pint jars

ComSafe half pint jars

ComSafe pint jars

CycleMore quart jars

Dehydrators and drying stuff

Excalibur 8-tray – this is a classic for a reason

This 12-tray one is comparable to the one above and has fantastic reviews. If I was shopping today, it would be my choice.

If you want to go less expensive but with good reviews, this one seems like it would be a good one to try.

I love my dehydrator sheets and wouldn’t be without them. This link has a few different dehydrator sheets and you are sure to find one to fit your own dehydrator

This book actually contains FOUR prepper food guides in one, including my canning book and a dehydrating book by Shelle Wells. It’s not on sale but it’s an encyclopedia of food storage.
