2018 Amazon Prime Day Deals for Preppers

(Psst: The FTC wants me to remind you that this website contains affiliate links. That means if you make a purchase from a link you click on, I might receive a small commission. This does not increase the price you'll pay for that item nor does it decrease the awesomeness of the item. ~ Daisy)

After a rough start, it’s the second day of Amazon Prime Day.

Yesterday, technical glitches sent hundreds of thousands of customers to 404 error pages. Here’s hoping today goes more smoothly.

If you’re not yet a member, you can rectify that right here for a mere $12.99 a month. The benefits of Prime are free two-day shipping, free streaming of thousands of movies and tv shows, and free Prime music. (And lots more – they just keep adding stuff.)

You can find Prime Day Headquarters right here. If there are products you’re interested in, put them on your personal watchlist and you’ll be notified when they come on sale. Here is the link to find the deals but it’s hundreds of pages to sort through.

Each sale lasts for a limited amount of time, and inventory sometimes runs out. The links here are affiliate links – that means if you opt to purchase any of these items, I’ll receive a very small commission. This helps to keep the lights on for the website, but it doesn’t cost you anything extra to purchase through these links.

Here’s the catch: I don’t know how good these deals will be. We don’t find out the sale price until the sale starts. Last year they were anywhere between 25-75% off, so I have high hopes for this year, too.

Here are the best Amazon Prime Day Deals for Preppers

Since preppers love a great deal, get ready to add some supplies to your stockpile. Best of all, there’s no need to fight the crowds at the warehouse store. Sit back in your comfy chair and order right from home.

  • WOW!! Amazon must be having a HUGE influx of people buying today because I can’t even sign into my Amazon account!! It keeps telling me to go back to the Amazon Home Page!! 🙁

  • Wonderful resource and thanks for the information! One small item for those who want alternative home defense, however. Even though that katana looks good on the surface, it is not made properly and the steel it is made from is not suitable for any sort of combat use. Great for the wall, not great for protecting yourself. Look for katanas that are either folded in the traditional way (they are NOT cheap) or are made with 1075 or 1095 steel. That’s a vast oversimplification, of course, but those katanas are made with 1045 steel which is not suitable for a blade.

    Otherwise, great list!
